Wedding day support helps couples and vendors accomplish a beautiful wedding day. Whether you are a couple who will need an extra set of hands to carry out your wedding day details or a vendor that will need an assistant to execute your contracted service, we are here.

Wedding Day Pricing + Services

Services starting at $50/hour. All services REQUIRE a $50 non-refundable booking fee.

Bride’s Personal Assistant

$50/hour — This service is extremely helpful for bride’s who need support on the wedding day. A bride without a bridal party or a bride who needs to maintain her sanity with a large wedding party would enjoy having a team member present.

Babysitting Services

$100/hour- Services provided by licensed and CPR-certified sitters (pricing includes max of 10 kids per 2 sitters) .

Caterer Assistant

$50/hour — The assistant can help load and unload food, tableware, and catering supplies on wedding day as well as serve food and beverage if needed. This service is a minimum of 2 hours.

Ceremony Decor Setup and Breakdown

$50/hour — This service requires a minimum of 2 assistants per 100 guests. The team will arrive early and set up your ceremony decor and stay after the ceremony to make sure items are removed. The team will need at least 2 hours for setup and 2 hours to breakdown decor.

Consultation

$100/hour — Meet with a planner/coordinator to discuss any weddings details, ask any questions or have them join you at a vendor meeting to help you navigate the planning process.

DJ Assistant

$50/hour —The assistant can help load and unload equipment, help DJ stay organized with music as well as be available for vaious duties during ceremony and/or reception. This service is a minimum of 2 hours.

“Extra Set of Hands”

$50/hour —Sometimes having an extra set of hands on the wedding day is helpful. Have up to 4 team members present to help support any last minute needs.

Floral Setup Assistant

$50/hour —The assistant can help load, unload setup and breakdown florals as needed. This service is a minimum of 2 hours.

Groom’s Personal Assistant

$50/hour —Sometimes groom’s need a personal assistant to make sure he and his groomsmen make it down the aisle on time. The groom’s assistant will be that person for them. This person will carry out any last minute wedding day details that the groom’s party may need.

MC Services

$50/hour — A team member will coordinate and organize the flow of the reception. This service is helpful for those needing assistance with announcing the wedding party, reception transitions such as first dance, dinner service, and cake cutting and any other information that needs to be relayed to guests during the reception. This team member will have a consultation prior to the wedding day and will arrive 1 hour prior to the reception.

Out-of-Town Guest Arrangements

$50/hour- This service is ideal for any couples who plan on hosting out-of-town guests. MADE will coordinate sleeping accommodations, welcome bags, and any additional hospitality requests as needed.

Planning Services

$50/month — Monthly access to planning materials including timeline, budget and 30-minute meetings with a coordinator.

Photographer Assistant

$50/hour —The assistant will help photographers set up and complete wedding day photos. This service is a minimum of 2 hours.

Reception Setup and Breakdown

$50/hour — This service requires a minimum of 2 assistants per 100 guests. The team will arrive early and set up your reception decor and stay after the ceremony to make sure items are removed. The team will need at least 2 hours for setup and 2 hours to breakdown decor.

Rehearsal Dinner Coordination, Setup and Breakdown

$100/hour — This service is ideal for couples who need assistance executing their rehearsal dinner. MADE will act as the hosts and event coordinators for the evening.

RSVP Tracking

$50/hour- MADE will serve as the return address for RSVPs and will track all guest’s responses and reach out to invited guests who have not responded to confirm their attendance.

Timeline Creation and Execution

$100/hour — A team member will put together a comprehensive timeline for your wedding day. This thorough timeline will begin with waking up and end with reception venue closing. All details including hair and make-up and vendor arrivals will be a part of the timeline. This service is a minimum of 2 hours to include couple and vendor consultations about timeline details.

Wedding Day Rehearsal Coordination

$100/hour — 2 team members will attend your wedding day rehearsal to fully coordinate and organize the ceremony procession for your wedding day. This service includes a consultation with the couple to discuss ceremony vision. A written overview will be given to the wedding party for wedding day reference.

Wedding Day Main Point of Contact

$50/hour —Sometimes venues require a point person to be present to represent the couple on the wedding day or sometimes a venue needs someone to act as the main point of contact. Our team is available. This service is a minimum of 2 hours.
