Partial Planning Package

This package is for the bride and groom that need a wedding planner to meet them in the middle of their wedding planning process. You have already chosen some of your vendors, but you need help completing your vendor search and finishing all of your wedding planning for your wedding day.  This package usually start 6-9 months in advance.  Pricing starting at $2500 .

Full Service Package

Full service wedding planning is the package for the couple who needs help planning every detail of their wedding, in its entirety. This package is typically booked about one year in advance. Your wedding planner will assist in important details like booking the venue, booking vendors, budget management, wedding design and concept, timeline creation, coordination on the day of your wedding and much more. Let our full-service wedding planner help you create a dream wedding that suits your style and budget while letting you relax and enjoy the big day.  Pricing starting at $4000.

A La Carte Services & Pricing

In addition to our wedding packages, MADE also offers a full suite of a la carte services to create a fully customized wedding experience for you and your guests. Let us truly take care of everything to ensure that every last detail is thought through and planned with perfection. 

Consultations (min. 1 hour) - $100/hour
Timeline Creation(min. 1 hour) - $100/per timeline
Floor plan Creation(min. 1 hour) - $100/per floor plan

Wedding Rehearsal (min. 1 hour) - $100/hour
Rehearsal Dinner Coordination (min. 1 hour) - $100/hour
Wedding Day Coordination-Lead Planner (min. 8 hours; requires 1 assistant per 50 guests) - $100/hour
Note* - if requesting wedding day coordination, planner must attend rehearsal
Wedding Day Coordination-1 Assistant (min. 8 hours) - $200/8 hours
Access to wedding planning materials including checklists, vendor recommendations, and wedding & bridal party emergency kits - $200

Out-of-Town Guest Arrangements (min. 1 hour) - $100/hour
Welcome Bags (includes delivery and shopping for supplies but not cost of supplies) - $200/Minimum
Candy Bar (includes setup and shopping for supplies but not cost of supplies) - $250/Minimum

Decor Styling (min. 1 hour) - $100/hour
Decor Setup  (min. 1 hour) - $100/hour

Officiant Services - $200
Babysitting Services provided by licensed and CPR certified sitters (max of 10 kids includes 2 sitters) - $50/hour

Bride’s Personal Assistant - $50/hour
Groom’s Personal Assistant - $50/hour

Print Media Assistance (min. 1 hour) - $100/hour

Proposal Planning, Engagement Party, Bachelorette/Bachelor Party Planning, Bridal Shower, Anniversary Party Planning - $500/minimum
